First, we’ll have a call to ensure we’re a good fit and that this program meets your needs. If you're still interested, we'll provide all the details and schedule your FREE evaluation!
At the evaluation, we identify what’s holding your body back, pinpoint movement restrictions causing pain, and create a plan to fix these issues and help you reach your goals!
Then we build out your program, schedule your first session and off we go!
After 2 weeks of training, we focus on nutrition. You'll track your eating for 3 days so we can see where you are and where to start. Then, we create a step-by-step plan to take you from where you are now to where you want to be!
Next, we create a 100% custom meal plan for you, complete with grocery lists to keep things simple. This plan is tailored to your daily eating habits including your schedule, packing or buying lunch, grab and go options and so much more to get you the best results!
During your first 8 weeks with us, you’ll receive multiple nutrition check-ins and complete two training cycles, giving you the full DSP experience and setting you up for success!
At the end of week 8, we'll reassess your progress, celebrate how far you've come, and then decide together on the best path moving forward!

WHY THE TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE?
We’re not going to make up a bunch of fluff here – This program gives you great bang for your buck! Receiving Semi-private training, a ton of knowledge about functional movements, nutrition goals, a supportive community working towards a common goal, and accountability? There’s no better way to get started, especially for the price.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN’T DO SOMETHING?
That’s the beauty of the DSP – all of the movements can be scaled to any fitness level – meaning that no matter what challenges you face, Your certified coach will be able to customize your workouts to you and only you! If during one of your sessions we give you something new and it doesn't look like we want it to look, our coaching staff will be able to change that for you on the spot, and adjust your program accordingly! Our goal is PAIN FREE PROGRESS and we will always strive to make sure your program gets you there!
DO I HAVE TO BE A FORMER ATHLETE?
ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! We are for anybody who wants to get back in shape or in shape for the first time! We only offer Semi-Private Personal Training so every single program is customized to you and your needs exactly where you are RIGHT NOW! Our Staff of Certified Strength and Conditioning coaches (That means ADVANCED Personal Trainers) can take anyone and get them to their goals!
CUSTOME WORKOUTS BUILD FOR YOU!!!
Your trainer will design a custom program with the most cutting edge training available to help you melt fat, tone up, and see results fast. AND - You will be able to track your own progress through our training app Teambuildr which will help you continue to improve, avoid plateaus and keep seeing results far past your 8 weeks.
NUTRITION & GROCERIES
We will sit down with you and make you your own custom meal plan. Exactly what you need, given your body, schedule, and food preferences, so it is not only doable, but enjoyable. We adjust every week as needed to make sure you see results week-in, week-out.
We will sit down with you and map out your exact grocery list so you know what to buy at the grocery store, and leave nothing to guesswork. Average person spends ~$125/week on groceries for 21 meals at Walmart or Trader Joe's. Our process will cut down on your time AND MONEY in the grocery store with most people getting in and out in under 15min AND SAVING YOU UP TO $75 A WEEK!!!
